4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Androxus Tech LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our applications offer in-app purchases or subscriptions:

  • All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store
  • Prices are displayed before purchase confirmation
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store's refund policy

6. Advertisements

Free versions of our applications may display advertisements. By using the free version, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Premium or paid versions may offer an ad-free experience.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update our applications from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing features. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Androxus Tech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of our applications.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Androxus Tech LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our applications or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our applications will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
